Richard Wijnbeek
CEOBeginning his career in a co-op at 16 years of age, this local business owner has a passion to ensure every client is pleased with their investment. Volunteering in his time off roof to officiating National A Olympic Freestyle Wrestling, Richard is out in the community and teaching young athletes. Kicking off 2024, Richard and his team have wrapped up more than 4000 homes since 2017. Built from a one man team to a growing enterprise and still hiring – Richard is proud to have the community support and grow his completely local company.
Scott Carson
Lead Technician / Service CoordinatorScott provides support to the team with his caring attitude and commitment to learning. With 15 years of site experience in the trades Scott embraces the philosophy of we can do it better and is constantly embracing technology to provide a better product to his customers. Focusing his after-hours efforts on family, friends and animals he sponsors charities for pets of all kinds, hikes all day with anything four-legged. Recently Certified with Polyglass, Scott’s commitment to study and growth is solidified with his previous studies in psychology and biology.

TechnicianCory is Richie’s East End Technician Richie’s roofing has been my home, livelihood and passion for the last 10 years. A recent father (congrats Cory!) he is enjoying all aspects of outdoors and what life has to offer in showing the world to his newborn.

TechnicianPutting quality above the rest – Steve has been roofing for 25 years with passion and care. If you don’t catch Steve on a job site you’ll find him fishing with the team and his peers.

TechnicianA Red Seal carpenter and father of 8 – Sebastien is always on the go. Building his own home from foundation to roof he takes pride and care in all parts of life. You’ll never catch Sebastien off guard when he is at the site before you!
Martin Kolwoskie
TechnicianMartin is the youngest Richie team member who strives in delivering the best quality product and providing an exceptional experience for homeowners. Martin is a hardworking and dedicated team member. In Martins downtime he enjoys fishing and the outdoors.
